Ingredients
Boil the rice until lightly mushy.
Then fry in olive oil for 5 minutes with garlic, tomato paste, peppers, parsley, salt and spices.
Cut the zucchini upright with a vegetable peeler. Put the stuffing inside the zucchini, turn it into a bundle and fix the cherry tomatoes with the help of toothpicks. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
